Q. Where are the sessions held?
In-person - In-person sessions are held at our healing venue in Essex.
Online - online sessions are hosted via video call which is just as effective as an in-person session. Healers can connect to your energy no matter where you are in the world, physical contact with clients is not essential to channel healing energy and remove blockages.
Q. How long is each sessions?
Each session will be between 20-30 minutes depending on each individual’s energy state.
Q. How many healing sessions will I need?
This also depends on the state of your energy, how many blockages you have, how much trauma you have been through and how deep that trauma is. Other factors which will determine the amount of sessions you will need is mindset and commitment to self-work.
Each person’s energy is entirely different and I will advise which is best for each of my clients on an individual basis. The amount of sessions will change throughout your healing journey depending on your energy at that specific time.
I recommend 4 sessions as a minimum to all new clients as a starting point.
Q. How regular should I have healing sessions?
Weekly sessions are recommended to all clients at the start of their healing journey, regular healing removes blockages and allows our energy to flow and stabilise at a good rate.
As we go through life different circumstances and experiences affect our energy. I will continue to assess the energy state of all clients throughout their journey which may result in the recommended frequency of sessions changing.
Q. Is healing right for me?
Healing is for anyone who is ready to transform their life and is willing to commit to the work required. I offer a free 10 minute consultation call to all new clients to discuss and assess your suitability. During this time I will read your energy, gaining an understanding of what I need to work on.
